Returns and Exchanges:

We provide complimentary exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase for items bought on meximexishop.com and in pristine condition. However, please note that there is a $5 USD for domestic orders and $25 for International orders processing fee for returns or exchanges, which will be deducted from the total refund or exchange value. Please be aware that gift cards (both physical and electronic) and items labeled "Final Sale" are non-returnable.

Returns will be handled within 2-5 business days upon receipt of your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once we've received your return.

Warranties:

We are dedicated to crafting exceptional handmade products using premium materials. We offer a full refund for any manufacturing defects (both in materials and workmanship) within 7 days of purchase. Warranty items are totally and 100% refundable.

For warranty claims, kindly email hola@meximexishop.com with the following:

• Clear photos of the item showcasing the issue
• Proof of purchase (original receipt, pack slip, or order number)

I Want a New Item:

To exchange your product for a new one, simply request store credit during the exchange process. Please note that a $5 USD for domestic orders and $25 for International orders processing fee will be deducted from the total value of your order upon issuance of store credit. Upon drop-off at a USPS facility, a gift card will be promptly processed and issued.

I Want a Refund:

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of the item reaching our fulfillment center, minus the processing fee.
