MexiMexi Return & Exchange Policy

Handmade with Heart

Every MexiMexi bag is handmade by skilled artisans. No two are ever exactly alike—small variations in color, size, or texture are part of the beauty of handmade work, not flaws. When you carry a MexiMexi, you’re carrying something truly unique.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags/packaging.

  • Exclusions: Clearance and final sale items cannot be returned.

Return Shipping: We’ll make it easy by providing a prepaid return label. To share the cost fairly, a $5 flat fee will be deducted from your refund once we receive your item.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after your return arrives.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are welcome within 14 days of delivery.

  • We’ll provide a prepaid return label, and the $5 return fee will apply.

  • Once your item is received, we’ll send your replacement at no extra shipping cost.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged or if we send the wrong product, don’t worry—we’ll cover 100% of the return shippingand make it right with a replacement or full refund. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery at hola@meximexishop.com with photos of the issue.

Wholesale Orders

  • No refunds.

  • Exchanges may be considered within 10 days of receipt with a 20% restocking fee.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.
