Shipping Rates
International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and is shown in your local currency.
Our Economy International flat rate for one bag is $24.95 USD.
For two or more bags, the rate is calculated at checkout. Faster options through FedEx, DHL and UPS are available, each with an estimated delivery date.
Delivery Times
International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier.
The estimated date for each option is shown at checkout. Delivery may take longer due to customs processing or other unexpected delays.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For most destinations, including the UK, duties and import taxes are included in your total at checkout, so there are no extra charges when your package arrives.
For a small number of destinations, duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, and your country may charge duties, VAT or import taxes on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering.

Do international orders include VAT or customs fees?
For most destinations, including the UK, duties and import taxes are included in your total at checkout. For a small number of destinations they are not, and VAT, customs duties, or import taxes may be collected on delivery. Your checkout will show which applies.
Can I choose expedited shipping?
Yes! You can select expedited or FedEx shipping at checkout if you need your order sooner.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Can I send a MexiMexi bag as a gift?
Absolutely! While we don’t offer special gift wrapping at this time, we’re happy to include a personalized note or card and remove prices or invoices from the package. Just leave your message in the order notes at checkout, and we’ll make sure your gift arrives beautifully and thoughtfully presented.
