How long does shipping take?
We ship using UPS or USPS Ground for most domestic orders. Delivery typically takes3–7 business days after your order is processed. Faster shipping options, including FedEx, are available at checkout. International Orders usualy take between 10-21 days.
Do international orders include VAT or customs fees?
Shipping charges at checkout cover only the shipping cost. VAT, customs duties, or import taxes required by your country (including the UK) are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected upon delivery.
Can I choose expedited shipping?
Yes! You can select expedited or FedEx shipping at checkout if you need your order sooner.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes — once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Can I send a MexiMexi bag as a gift?
Absolutely! While we don’t offer special gift wrapping at this time, we’re happy to include a personalized note or card and remove prices or invoices from the package. Just leave your message in the order notes at checkout, and we’ll make sure your gift arrives beautifully and thoughtfully presented.
