Returns and Exchanges  

We offer free exchanges and returns within 7 days of your purchase for items purchased on meximexishop.com and in like-new condition. Please note, gift cards (both physical and electronic) and other items marked "Final Sale" are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Returns will be processed within 2-5 business days after receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received.

We are committed to producing amazing handmade product with quality materials. We offer a 100% refund on our bags for any manufacturing defects (materials and workmanship) within 7 days of purchase. 

For warranty claims, please send an email to hola@meximexishop.com with the following items:
• Photos of the item clearly showing the problem
• A copy of the proof of purchase (original receipt, pack slip, or order number)

I’m looking for a new item.

To exchange your product for something new, please request store credit during your exchange process. A gift card will be processed and issued as soon as you drop it off at a USPS facility.

I’m looking for a refund.

Refunds will be issued to original payment method within 3-5 business days of the item being received at our fulfillment center.
