Sure, you can design your own bag and we weaved for you. You can choose between 7 sizes, 15 patterns and more than 30 color combinations. Send us a convo to start your project.
Weaving a bag takes us 1 to 2 days, but due to the long list of orders and that we currently have, takes around 45 days to get it ready.
Yes, we ship every country.
Our Extra Large bags are really big, around 22x13x8 inches. Even that the bag only weights 3 lb. the box that we use for shipping is big too, and this measurements bring high shipping costs for some states and or countries.
For Small and Medium bags we use “USPS Priority Mail Shipping”, that usually takes an average of 3-5 business days. For Large and Extra Large bags we use “USPS Parcel Select Shipping”, that usually takes and average of 6-9 business days.
For Small and Medium bags we use “USPS First Class International”, that usually takes an average of 10-15 business days. For Large and Extra Large bags we use “USPS Parcel Select Shipping”, that usually takes and average of 10-15 business days.
On average, it takes between 10 and 15 business days for the order to reach you, depending on where you are. In some cases, however, some parcels get stuck in customs for weeks before they are delivered. Unfortunately, it is beyond our control. Some customs fees could be charged according to the Country regulations. All Customs Fees are the responsibility of the buyer, please review if your Country could charge you some additional charges before purchase.

If there has been a LOST / DAMAGE issue by the post, I refund in case of evidence.
I accept returns, if only the item is shipped back with tracking number within 7 days from receiving the item. Shipping charges, there and back, will be on the customer. You will be refunded as much as the item costs.
